A very decent hotel with a good location, good service, friendly front desk staff and guest service staff. Very rarely Homewood Suites would disappoint us, and definitely not this hotel, except my disappointment for no dinner service on Thursday night. Other than this, I recommend this hotel to couples for families.

The place was unclean. The tub had scum coming out of the jets. There were ants in the bathroom. I know this seems over the top and I wish I didn’t have to go through what I did, especially on my birthday. The management was rude and disrespectful. The whole experience was unacceptable for the amount I paid. Do not use this hotel. They won’t even refund me any amount for what I paid.
Great staff very welcoming will stay here my next trip and will recommend to my company for everyone stay to be here. Room was amazing very clean and no problems. Bed was comfy and just the right firmness
Wonderful staff makes you feel like family I will be staying at this hotel many times in the future. I am disabled and all the accommodations I requested were there in the room. I felt so welcomed and comfortable. I was in town for surgery and the accommodations at the hotel helped me relax and stay calm in the days before my surgery.
We though it would be good because of all the amazing reviews but NO it was so bad we didn’t even end up staying. Their beds are very old and uncomfortable. The manage of the hotel was not even on site and they did very little to accommodate us.
Hotel was very clean. Great breakfast selection. Nice pool. Close to Walmart & shopping centers. Bed was comfortable. Loved the fireplace & jacuzzi tub. Great location. Friendly staff. A lot of convenient parking.
