Giving it 3 stars due to the rude employee that checked us in. Room and hotel were superior however!!! Breakfast was great as was the check in staff on weekends. Vanessa and a Elaine were awesome. Great employees. Too bad the Friday night girl was such a nasty person.

Family memorial service with 20 people. Hotel located in a nice neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants. Overall hotel stay was good. Lot of walking to room as it was a good distance from elevators. Front counter personnel should get in a habit of greeting customers when they walk in from door makes you feel more welcomed. Check in issues with card before declining card may want to type in to ensure it’s no issue with card machine.

They have only one handicap room with walk in shower I was told when my room was not available. The toilets are low enough for leprechauns but not humans. They did comp one nights fee but nota handicapped friendly place at all.

Thank you for your feedback on your experience here at our property-- first and foremost, please accept my sincerest apologies. We will always do everything in our power to honor reservations as they are booked-- as an extended stay property, we have guests staying anywhere from 1 night to 3 years, so balancing room type availability gets tricky and admittedly, we do not always get it right.

We have 11 Accessible room types on property, varying in features to assist our guests that require anything from a roll-in shower, visual alarm, accessible bathtub and more. All of our accessible room types are provided with all of the ADA requirements in place, and we would love to ensure your next stay here with us is a comfortable, Perfect 10!

This place is average. I would stay in a Days Inn since the housekeeping standards are dismal: stained towels, need to ask for several things each day. When we asked for bottles of water for the day, front desk says they only provide one each upon check in. This is not acceptable for a Hilton, especially since pre Covid they would have provided water daily. I don’t feel welcomed at this place. Stay elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback on our cleanliness-- we have since taken your comments under consideration and are glad to report that we have already begun to see improvements in these areas. The lack of daily service does often times leave some blind spots as to what needs to be refreshed occasionally, we thank you for letting us know when amenities were needed.

Please note that the brand standard for Homewood Suites properties is 2 complimentary bottles of water "per stay" for Gold and Diamond members. At no time has our policy been to distribute them daily-- if other hotels have done so, please be aware that this is against policy and the exception is not the rule. We do our best to ensure that all of our guests are comfortable and treated equally regardless of membership or status.

The room is stayed in which was advertised as 2 queens had 1 Queen and a smaller bed in it. Mattresses HEAVILY stained. So many tears, dings, and broken things in my room. I bring up these issues to management and they simply say we’ll look into it. I wait a week for a response and I call back and none of my concerns were address. Just a sorry but not sorry response. Management holds nobody accountable. No backbone. This is not a Hilton level property. Maybe they should change to Days inn at least they wouldn’t fool people.
