Our experience at this hotel was HORRIBLE! We arrived on a Friday late so, we were tired and very hungry. We had to first find a place to park because they have a huge sign on the door that says you must park even when checking in( I digress). The receptionist wouldn’t even allow my husband to checkin even though I added his name to the reservation. He had to walk back out to the car to get my Government ID, no problem right?..they just doing their job since we got the government discount. NO! she proceeds to tell my husband that she had to physically see me, he tells her my wife is on the phone with her elderly father it’s late we’re tired and hungry. She said, I’m sorry but I must physically see her even though you just brought me the government ID. We had a reservation for two nights!!! She was so RUDE!
We eventually get to the room and wake up to ants all over the bathroom room sink. Nobody came to spray or anything. We told the person at the front desk and showed the pictures and video. I sent a poor review upon checking out and the office manager Chantelle tried gaslighting by saying oh just a few ants. And she also said it’s their policy the person with government ID must be present upon checking. So, PPL YOU CANNOT BOOK A ROOM...Our experience at this hotel was HORRIBLE!
