The hotel was not at all what we head expected the rooms are small and dated furniture, the cofee machine was so small and there is only enought to make a couple of cups. For the price we paid you would expect better rooms. It is not very ADA friendly, in order for you to get to the room you would hve to go all of the way to the end of the complex. They had one elevator which was located in the middle , the stairs were at the frontby check in. Had to complain to the front desk about the room needed cleaning was told we had to put out the SIGN for servie? We would not stay there again when we go up North

Room tip: 3rd floor has best view

For what you pay to stay here - I would rate it 5 Stars. Nope it’s not a luxury resort, but your also not paying for one. Location is superb. Front desk staff and hotel staff exceptional. It’s older but very well maintained and very clean. It’s getting a fresh coat of paint at this time. Can’t wait to visit again. You simply can’t beat it’s prime location, ease of parking and friendly staff for what you pay to stay here.

Prior to coming I contacted the hotel about the rooms but they didn’t respond which should’ve been a sign as on arrival the reception was closed until 830pm! I appreciate there are always circumstances beyond their control but not to contact me wasn’t good as we had all of our valuables in the car for several hours.
Also despite booking the hotel for breakfast it stated on piece of handwritten paper in the door that there was no breakfast being served.
The room itself was ok but basic.
The icing on the cake was that road construction teams were working directly on the main road before 7am.
It’s now 730 and it sounds like a building site. Again this could’ve been passed on & i’d have booked elsewhere
You get what you pay for but a basic level of communication costs nothing.

Room tip: Try and get a room on a top floor or perhaps another place!

I always enjoy staying at this Hotel!! Beautiful Location!!!! Friendly, Helpful staff!!!! The rooms have all of the amenities!! and are decorated nicely and the beds are Really comfortable!! !I stayed on the 3rd floor and had the most beautiful unobstructed views of the bay!!!! The price for this time of year is reasonable!! compared to other hotels in the area that have much less to offer.. I will certainly stay here again and again!!

Room tip: 2nd or 3rd floor rooms for the views and also quieter!... *There is an elevator
