First of all, expensive for what you get. The room was clean but dark. More lighting is needed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good - very good danish! It did have a coffee maker in the room, and an elevator helped with heavy luggage.

We stayed in Room 201 on the night of Saturday July 13th 2019. The floor in the bathroom had traces and smudges of what appeared to be blood, and somebody's leftover food was still in the fridge.

I was told by management that the staff responsible for cleaning the upstairs rooms comprises mostly 16-18yr old men, and they often look over certain items on the cleaning checklist.

Make sure you stay in a lower floor if you come to this hotel. Besides that, everything was fine.

Paid way to much for two nights; however it was the US Open week. Accommodations were ok. Beds were comfortable. Fireplace was a nice treat at the end of a very cold day. The room above did not have great flooring and we could hear everything - even him walking. The black out curtain broke and we couldn’t open it again. No WIFI due to the lack of bandwidth. I would still recommend it.
