Whilst in the El Paseo area, decided to drop by Tommy Bahama's Restaurant for dinner.
Was a superb choice and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
Started with the coconut shrimp on papaya mango chutney served with some salad. This was interesting with the shrimp coated in some sort of coconut batter and deep fried to a crisp.
Next was the crab bisque which was great as well.
Was told they had salmon that was just delivered that day and so we ordered the special grilled salmon on almond rice. Just love the salmon which was juicy and tender.
Though stomachs were already full, couldn't resist the chocolate malted pie which was simply sinful yet heavenly.
Service was exceptional! As we are small eaters, yet love to try as many dishes as possible, our server Christine was very understanding and helped to split our dishes into 2 portions. Awesome service indeed.
