In the Metropolitan D.C. area we miss Burmese food with its unique tastes and flavors. On a visit to our niece in the bay area, we welcomed the chance to eat at this popular restaurant.
The traditional tea leaf salad is really a must. We sampled several dishes asking our group, the iconic Kawt Swe, calamari, fish, chicken tofu, garlic noodles, Burmese Indian rice. All were delicious and appreciated by everyone.
The restaurant is overcrowded, with hardly any space between tables. The high level of noise makes conversation difficult. Situated in a busy area with several restaurants, parking may be difficult especially weekends. Reservation is recommended always.
