The price paid for this room was way too high for the value. We paid $224 a night, which was not comparable to other hotels we stayed in for two weeks in Sonoma and Napa. The walls were so thin that I could hear people talking distinctly on both sides and footsteps up above. When the entrance door to the building closed, our room shook. What looked like blood on the wall was probably just grout slipped over the tile from a long time ago. Staff was friendly and attentive, but I am angry that I overpaid.

We were evacuees from the Santa Rosa fire. We were very lucky to have a room here. This hotel must be owned/managed by very nice, caring people. Very reasonable price, tasty free breakfast, flexible and pleasant
staff plus our room was kept perfectly each day. Being under a lot of stress from the fires, this was a very nice place to come to at end of day.

Everything about this place was positive, in fact it was hands down the most welcoming, friendly chain hotel I have ever stayed in. Amazing, genuine customer service rarely seen in all but boutique hotels these days. Rooms were clean and comfortable, bedding luxurious, Sleeping was easy as it was quiet- possibly because the rooms are in separate units. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of foods and the laundry facility was close by and easy to use.Best of all was the staff, who seemed to truly care about the guests- and seemed to enjoy working there.

We were here for three nights. When they assigned us our room I figured we would have a lot of problems sleeping since we were right next to the highway, but they had thick windows that really blocked the noise well. Room was spotless. Price great. A gas station right as you pull out onto 101 so very convenient. A handy, clean laundry available to guests (detergent sold in the office). My only complaint was that the breakfast room was the lobby of the hotel. It was far too small and poorly set up. Bad logistics made it even more crowded than if the space had been managed better. Overall a good stay and a good value.

Room Tip: building 6 is closest to 101 --get inside facing room further from highway for quiet

Richard Papera the General Manager helped me immensely with my reservations! We like this hotel very much. Rooms were spacious and very clean, nice fluffy towels! Breakfast was plentiful and good. Several buildings in the complex to choose from. We would return again. Staff were very accommodating.

Room Tip: We were pool side which during the day proved to be a little loud.
