But I gave it 4 stars anyway being I opted for a room with a private shower, and altho small, the shower was strong and hot. Because it's pretty much the size of a typical college dorm room, there was room enough for only a double bed, yet it was comfy. They also were able to squeeze in a microwave and mini fridge inside the closet. I took advantage of the latter, being I brought along a lot of water.
There's no private parking. One spot on the street in front of the hostel and a pay-for parking lot in the back. But the rates are reasonable. In fact, because I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and checked out on Monday morning, my total parking bill was $2.00 - that's about as cheap as it gets. Parking is free on Sundays. All in all, a decent stay at a decent value.More
