This modest restaurant in University Village is adjacent to the University of California in Riverside, where the plurality of our students are Chinese, who have made this restaurant a favorite, because it is as authentic as it would be in Szechuan Province. It is thoroughly true to the Szechuan cuisine, offering speciality dishes with exotic meats like frog or intestines, but also fish, lamb, chicken, beef, hot pots --all served in deliciously spicy sauces.
