Could use a good Lobby cleaning the furniture was very dirty and it is such a shame because the fireplace was very inviting also the carpets could use a little care they look a little rough. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Great stay was there for two weeks. Had problems with the billing. Was told one price and was told I owed more than was told. The staff was awesome in fixing the problem. Actually saves money in the end. Great staff..

Stayed 2 days - Location and room was my expectation. but the service is terrible. Only the check in and checkout is ok - Any q you have to the front desk though not busy - They were not helpful. Wish the management hires AI in future..

I had issues with my vehicle security and parking. I had other issues with room cleanliness and staff members talking loudly outside my room in the hallway. Overall bad experience was exasperated by lack of a cook for the kitchen/grill and general lack of security cameras and security surveillance.

We spent one night at this Garden Inn on a recent road trip. We reserved a room online at the hotel website and there were no issues at check-in; the room we requested was available. We were welcomed as Hilton Honors members and offered cookies and bottled water. Our room was spacious and wheelchair-accessible (ADA) and all of the usual Hilton amenities were within reach. It contained a king bed, TV, wifi, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, alarm clock, iron, hair dryer, desk, and easy chair with ottoman. The bathroom featured safety bars and a roll-in shower with handheld sprayer and fold-down bench. The room was a long walk from the lobby and our window faced the outdoor pool and spa area. Unfortunately, we could hear the guests using the pool in the courtyard. The hotel has a convenient location next to Interstate 80 and is across the street from a water park. We couldn't hear the freeway noise from our room but we could hear the squeals and screams from the water park until it closed in the evening. Many families were staying at the hotel to visit the water park and the parking area was congested and filled to capacity. There are several restaurants and gasoline adjacent to the hotel. We used the fitness room and it was clean but small. There is a restaurant in the lobby that serves breakfast (included for Honors Gold members). We were disappointed that the breakfast service begins later than Hampton Inn, to make matters worse the staff got a late start and there were no bananas. The hotel also offers a business office with computers and a coin laundry. We selected this Garden Inn because it was close to the Miner's Ravine Trail and had a lower price than other Hilton properties in the area. I'm not sure the savings was worth the inconvenience of the noise and late start.
