We chose this restaurant mainly because it was within easy walking distance of our hotel (Hilton Garden Inn). It is located on the Sacramento River, and kt is possible to dine outside on the deck overlooking the river. Unfortunately, however, much of the river view is blocked by a couple of floating docks on the restaurant side of the river. However, the setting is still nice and it is still worthwhile to eat outside.

Our food was excellent. I had the mussels as a starter and my wife had risotto-corn cakes as an appetizer. My mussels were tasty and succulent and cooked in a mildly spicy chorizo-tomato broth, which I ate much like a soup when I was finished with the mussels. The risotto-corn cake was delicious and was garnished with fresh seasonal tomatoes. As a main course, I had the seared sea scallops served over a portion of the aforementioned corn risotto. The scallops were perfectly cooked (rare in the middle), and the risotto was very tasty with fresh corn. My wife had fish tacos made with mahi mahi and pronounced them to be delicious!

This place is definitely worth a visit if you are in the neighborhood.

This is a neat little restaurant sitting on the Sacramento River just off I5 with both inside and outside seating. Our dishes were very good though the service could use some polishing. At times is seemed canned. The menu features a mixture of Italian, American and seafood. The wine list is a little thin but more than adequate. If you want to dine in the river, this is certainly a good place and a little less pricey than Scotts further south. Worth a try. Cheers!

Found this great spot on a business trip. They have a nice back patio/balcony that looks toward the river. Despite being in the high 80's, it was much cooler with a nice breeze on the patio by the river.
The food was delicious and the service was great also.
Patio was spacious and quiet. Was great to be able to eat a nice dinner and not have to try and talk over a noisy environment. Will definitely return.

First time visit, family all ordered different dishes, and all were very pleased. Great views, very conducive for table conversation. Service was excellent, food was locally sourced, and perfectly prepared, will definitely be back.

Great service and a wonderful meal. Would definately go there again. We were 13 people who came by with no reservation, but the staff managed it perfectly.
