These folks have one of the most unbelievable Sushi restaurants on the planet, but it is very tiny. We're talking elbow to elbow, so unless you like the folks next to you, be prepared for close quarters fish flinging.....
In all seriousness, their approach to fish is holistic, in that they don't overdo any aspect of their offerings, just pure, clean flavors, beautiful artistry in the presentation, and a great selection of original/classic dishes.
Understand that due to their footprint, whether you get there when they open, or any time in between, you are going to wait for a table or a spot at the Sushi bar.
I can count the times I've been able to get a seat when I walked up on one hand....and I've been going here since they opened.
Worth the wait, but understand you will wait. Head and shoulders above most of the Sushi spots we have available in our town. Just wish it was a bit bigger.... :)
