We had a late lunch at the Sky Lounge on May 8 with a party of 4. Service was so slow and disjointed that we were about to leave when a waiter remembered to deliver our food. Food was OK. Billing appeared to be fraudulent as this is where my credit card info was probably stolen, resulting in unauthorized charges and the need to get my credit card replaced while on a trip. Upon recounting my experience the next day, a dining companion observed where the rip off most likely occurred but didn't realize what was happening at the time.
My advice: Be patient, cash only - and don't tip.
