the pillows were terrible. the only free coffee is a thing in your room. we checked in with an asian woman and she was ok. but some dingbat worked the next nite and she is in the wrong job. i asked if she could look up my bon voy # and after 15 minutes of talking at me she said no she couldnt. ill never stay at another courtyard

I sincerely apologize that my colleague was not able to help locate your BonVoy account number. To be able to look up a BonVoy number, we must have matching parameters of either last name and phone number or last name and postal code that were used to register for the account.
I would like to suggest that you call Marriott Customer Care at (800) 627-7468 as they might have more resources on hand to help locate your BonVoy number for you.

Average. Stayed here for 5 nights, and have stayed before. The property needs refurbishment now. The rooms are very tired. I still don’t understand how they justify dropping the servicing of rooms during a stay without dropping the price. That and the tired state of the rooms make it a bit of a depressing place to spend 5 nights

The rooms did undergo a soft remodeling from January to May. We changed the sofa beds, the carpets, the wallpapers, and some furniture as well. I'm sorry you feel that the changes were not satisfactory.
We have not totally dropped the servicing of the rooms for stays that are 3 days or more. It has just changed to every two days upon request.

We are long-time Marriott members and have chosen this brand for decades due to the consistency of having no artificial fragrances pumped into the lobbies or rooms.
So it was a shock to check-in to this hotel and encounter a scented lobby. I reminded the clerk that I requested a fragrance free room with no air freshener and she said that "ALL OF THE ROOMS NOW CARRY the Bonvoy Signature Scent." I told her I couldn't stay there if that was the case, but fortunately some of the rooms had just been remodeled and they hadn't yet been equipped with the fake scent sticks.
Being allergic, I can't breathe that or I will get sick, but who needs to breath that stuff anyway and especially in a bedroom while trying to sleep?

I'm very sorry about the inconvenience that you experienced. We do not use any fragrance inside the guest rooms but our cleaning product carry scents as you mentioned. We can prepare a fragrance-free room for you as long as we received your request at least 48 hours prior to your arrivals. I'm very sorry for falling short in meeting your expectations.

Stayed Feb 2023 for my kids hockey tournament. Hotel had us sign a "behavior" contract before check-in....first Ive ever had to do this. Had a team gathering in the seating area next to the Starbucks after I purchased over $20 worth of breakfast and other also. Was asked by the manager to move our team out of the seating area after we all purchased food. I get why they don't want kids running around but they signed up to host and at the end of the day we are customers too.
Stayed in room 209. surfaces in room were dusty and hadn't been wiped down, carpet was stained and needs replacement. 209 has some sort of large fan running below it that vibrates the floor and creates vibration noise...wasn't the A/C.
The Starbucks is 2x the price of a normal Starbucks...walk to McKenna's in the parking lot...way better!
Overall, decent stay if traveling through, but not the Marriott quality I have experienced in the past.
Filthy mattress on fold out sofa. It was disgusting. Had to ask for sheets and pillows for it.
Would not recommend or stay here again .
Front desk service was good. Housekeeping brought pillows and no sheets.
Location is quite. But, there is zero view. Overall not an experience I care to repeat.
