Nothing to write about. Service and people were good. But the towels, toilets, sheets everything had strong pungent odor. Phone never worked and so I couldn't call and complain. Though the staff were very attentive, nothing much they can do since the hotel is in horrible condition. One hundred is way too pricey for this crappy hotel

This was a best hotel service I ever had I like being here . Breakfast should be alot more than just mini muffins. I think they should cook breakfast for room service . I believe that would help alot in the future .

Awful hotel! Hair everywhere, found a roach in the bathroom, paint job was horrid, no complimentary shampoo and conditioner, dirty mirrors, their breakfast was a joke, blood on the curtains!! Couldn't sleep well because all the heavy traffic. Just overall an awful experience. Will not be coming back! And went to complain and explain what i seen in my room and only gave me 17$ back!

Dear Valued Guest,

We are very much concerned with your feedback. Our apologies for the bad experience. Our endeavor is to offer a nice stay to all our guests but failed this time. It is not like us to deliver poor accommodations and we will work our hardest to get back to the standard we are known for. We do have pesticide treatment every month and we never had problem in past and also usually our housekeeping staff always check it properly after they complete cleaning the room but I will also make sure with my housekeeping staff about the incidence.

Actions shall be taken to improve everything on priority especially with the cleanliness and the breakfast you can have a good stay next time. Thank you for your business. We hope to see you again and to impress you with our improvements.

The hotel parking lot has a really reasonable size that easy accomodates all the guests cars. The rooms are wide and have suffucuent space for all belongings. The working staff and housekeeping staff are also so friendly and helpful. I have suffered no issues during by stay. The internet speed is fairly good and acceptable. The restrooms are clean, roomy and nice. Room services are on daily basis and are pretty much acceptable. The staff cleans also the parking lot on daily basis. The breakfast is served on daily basis also and is cool. I would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you
