We stopped for lunch at this local bakery and ordered quiche and goodies. Service was reasonable, but the quiche was not heated properly and not very tasty. The cookies and other goodies were more impressive. I would not have a meal here again.

Everything is great at Union Bakery. They make everything fresh - on site. No shortcuts here. We rely on their pastries day by day and their desserts for all our special occasions. The fruit pies and chocolate cakes are wonderful Don't miss this place in sopas!

This is our favorite place to go for yummy pastries, pies and bread. Their soups, quiche, and sandwiches make a tasty lunch, too! The owners are wonderful people.

This is a bakery with wonderful bread and excellent pastries. The sandwiches and soups are delicious. The Colombian coffee is steady and dependably good. The offerings are little varied from month to month, and the quality is unwavering.
Around the holidays, they take orders for pies, which make another point of great distinction for taste and ingredients. They understand bread, croissants, sweet tastes of all sorts. Mondays are a little sadder around this bakery because it's the day they are closed.
You can eat inside at a few tables and outside at a few more. Of course, a lot of customers take things to go.

The bread baked daily is crusty on the outside and soft and tender on the inside - great for sandwiches or just with butter, if you are a real bread lover. Try the brownies - super light but so full of deep chocolate flavor - bet you have never had one like theirs. If you are lucky, June, the pastry chef we stole from the NY Waldorf Astoria, will make her special walnut tarts. Ask her about the recipe and how she got it! She and husband, owners are warm and friendly and offer tasty pastries. We stop in regularly and especially on the way out of town on trips for "snacks." If you want something savory, June makes her own puff pastry they offer 2 that you'll love.
