Hilton properties are pretty reliable. This one was like most of the others -- clean, helpful, convenient. I chose to stay at this one partly because it allows you to park your car onsite while you are out of town for a discounted rate. Shuttle to the airport very convenient!

Stayed here for 3 nights on business. Right across the street from Genentech offices. 15 min from airport. There is a shared shuttle that stops at several hotels along the way. Don't use it if you are cutting it close on time. 4 stars. Breakfast buffet not really worth the $$ IMO. Otherwise clean and quiet. Friendly staff.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Needed something close to the airport. This was easy, shuttle service on time and friendly. Staff was nice. Nice dinner menu and bar service made it easy to stay on site and not have to go out and find food.

There are a lot of Hilton properties around this area and I chose to stay at the garden inn, boulevard. This is a very basic hotel that has great staff. When it comes to food - it is a disaster. Breakfast buffet is standard everyday with not much choice. In room dining was very cold and dry and not palatable.

The rooms clean and spacious. You also will have to carry your own bags to your room and likewise when you check out. Another thing, that was silly was that they give only 2bottles of water a day, which are complimentary. If you need more, you have to pay for it.

Air shuttle was provided which was very convenient. If you are here for a quick nights stay or if you want to access near by offices, this is a decent option. But clearly not value for money.

Clean Hotel. Rooms are a good size, small bathroom.
There is a Microwave and Fridge in the bedroom and a Coffee Maker. TV is good with plenty of channels. There is a daily parking fee $12 a day ridiculous considering the Larkspur Landing which had the adjoining carpark does not charge anything for parking.
I found the atmosphere to be a little cold and not very friendly. I had a take out meal on my 1st night. Awful it was dried up fish on nasty bread, if I had a bag of nuts I could of used the fish to break them open.
I have stayed over the other side of the Car Park, but it was full at the Larkspur Landing...
I won't be staying at The Hilton Garden again. It's more expensive no breakfast unless you pay for it. Plus about $50 a night cheaper at the Larkspur Landing with much nicer rooms and larger bathrooms.

My company pays all my Hotel accomdations expenses etc so its not about the money its about the place its self that is the deal breaker.

Room Tip: Go Next Door to the Larkspur Landing much nicer.
