Clean rooms despite dated decor, we had a fridge which was useful on our road trip. You can walk to lake shore, leave car in car park, shops and restaurants on the street. Very handy, good value. Friendly staff. Didn't use the hot tub because it was about 100 degrees!

Once you're here, you can park the car and walk where you want to without needing hiking boots. To the bike ( or ski) hire shop, for example, or the movie theatre. The Inn itself is comfortable, has an outdoor pool, an upstairs spa pool on a deck overlooking the lake, and some tasty pastries included in the free breakfast. On top of that it's clean, friendly and reasonable.

Reasonable price, hot tub overlooking the lake. Older rooms but very clean and nice. No fridge. Nice area and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Close to Squaw Valley. Not real touristy area. If you want touristy then go to South Lake Tahoe.

This was walking distance to lots of shopping and places to eat. The bed was comfortable and the room was ver y clean. The staff was also friendly. Loved that it was across the street from Commons Beach.

Room Tip: Ask for a room over looking golf course.

The room was small, but clean. An older hotel, but the staff keep it up very well. It has a small pool and a hot tub where you can see the lake and still feel alone. It is close to all of the restaurants and shops of Tahoe City. I will be going back to this place.
