We came to see some family in town. They recommended that we all go to Pier 46 for lunch. The inside is rather small with a long counter and one row of small tables with a walkway in between. Around the side they have a good amount of seating outside. I ordered the fish platter and substituted the rice for extra vegetables. The halibut was just a tad over cooked and a tad dry but very tasty. The vegetables were also very good. The rest of our group had the fish tacos and they all thought they were wonderful. They really served a nice amount of food. The price for four of us with only two beers came to 64 dollars. So the pricing is probably what you expect for a fish Restaurant but it had a bit of a fast food vibe. They had a nice Display case of different kinds of fish that you could have them cook for you on the spot if that’s what you like. We were probably there during the main part of lunch rush on a weekend and what I heard the bathrooms are also fairly clean which is nice. They also have several beers on tap. Pier 46 was definitely a great place to go for lunch.
