It was a beautiful place and had a big screen tv, out doors patio was beautiful too. It was very a nice room for the price, I shopped around to find a good deal with a balance of beauty and price. Thank u

The quality of room was at average and the room price is much over than the service given. I was expecting more room luxury compared to the price paid, and the room view, although it has a balcony, was not that nice (looks at the parking lot and roofs) and does not desert that amount of money paid.

I just checked out of hyatt westlake and thankful to be hone! I paid a nightly rate and they don't offer daily roomservice ti clean your room each day. I had to chace door a maid to get new fresh towels each day and my trash was overflowing.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. I am certainly disappointed to hear we did not live up to your expectations. For the safety and well-being of our guests and associates, the current policy amongst all Hyatt-branded hotels worldwide to clean our guestrooms on the 3rd day of their stay. Guests do have the option to request daily housekeeping service, if that is their preference. This is discussed at check-in and outlined in our welcome letter placed in each guest room. I did not see any comments in our daily report highlighting your request for service. We always encourage our guests to call Guest Services at any time, should they need anything at all - and we will make it happen for you.

Andy helped check us in when we arrived and was so helpful. He explained the hours for food services and their covid protocols. We felt very safe staying here and it was very clean. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future! Andy went above and beyond and gave us excellent customer service! You feel very welcomed at this hotel

The stay was very pleasant. The restaurant service was excellent and very accommodating. When requesting to switch rooms they did so very courteously. My wife and I enjoyed are stay. We look forward to staying there again.

I am so pleased to hear you enjoyed your time with us and we are honored you chose Hyatt Westlake to share in your anniversary celebration. I do hope you let us know on the reason for your stay in advance, so that we could prepare a nice welcome amenity for you...we love to celebrate love in Westlake! I am also happy to hear you enjoyed our hyper-local California fusion cuisine on our patio, but I do hope you will return when our operations and menu are back to our full offerings...there are many dishes we are eager to bring back soon. And thank you very much for letting us know that the room you were initially given was not meeting your needs and allowing us to find you just the perfect room. It is frustrating to read reviews of guests that share negative feedback about their rooms without ever having reached out to Guest Services during their stay and therefore not allowing us the chance to make it right for them. After all, our staff is indeed very warm and accommodating (as you mentioned) and we will always do our best to make sure every stay with us is exceptional. We look forward to welcoming you back to our beautiful hotel, located underneath the majestic Santa Monica Mountains, nestled in the scenic Conejo Valley and in the heart of the casual affluence that is Westlake. More people should know why the saying goes, "it is easy living in Westlake", don't you think?!
