I do hope you let us know on the reason for your stay in advance, so that we could prepare a nice welcome amenity for you...we love to celebrate love in Westlake! I am also happy to hear you enjoyed our hyper-local California fusion cuisine on our patio, but I do hope you will return when our operations and menu are back to our full offerings...there are many dishes we are eager to bring back soon. And thank you very much for letting us know that the room you were initially given was not meeting your needs and allowing us to find you just the perfect room. It is frustrating to read reviews of guests that share negative feedback about their rooms without ever having reached out to Guest Services during their stay and therefore not allowing us the chance to make it right for them. After all, our staff is indeed very warm and accommodating (as you mentioned) and we will always do our best to make sure every stay with us is exceptional.
