Our room had a patio but the patio door was very difficult to open, so we didn't use it as much as we would have otherwise. Additionally, room was quite loud with noisy neighbors and people shouting in the hallway at 2am. Otherwise, room was clean and was as advertised.

Thousand Oaks and Westlake are beautiful areas. This hotel is very close to great eateries and shopping. The hotel was clean and up to date. The gym was quite nice and the beds are so wonderful. Most hotel beds are like sleeping on a brick. I loved the face that they had hard surface flooring in the rooms. Much appreciated from a cleanliness perspective. It's nice to have a restaurant and room service but you forget how pricey it is for okay food. There are some rooms that have some freeway noise but nothing terrible and other rooms have beautiful views. Quiet during the week which was a plus because I travel for business and having a quiet hotel and room is very important to me.
Alex at the front desk is the gem of the hotel. He helped me find the perfect room that would be in a quiet area. He resolved a few things for me and went above and beyond to check back with me to ensure I was happy with the outcome.

The hotel was a little dated. Rooms were clean when we got there. They were very dark. The pool was nice and the staff was friendly. They need to clean the rooms earlier in the day.
