This Four Seasons is truly unique as it's a Wellness Center too. The staff goes above and beyond and the grounds are just glorious. With a full spa, professionally appointed fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, there's just so much to do and the recent renovation really brought this hotel to a new level of life.

The team is all pleasantries, but don't stay here for a vacation or celebrating something special. This is a business hotel. Food was fine - nothing remarkable and a limited COVID menu. Rooms are clean but given that they allow pets, the floors aren't entirely sanitized. Don't expect to watch movies -- they don't have a TV system that hooks to Netflix/Prime/Hulu etc -- you get a 1980s type experience. For a Four Seasons price and experience, you can choose much better than the Four Seasons Westlake Village.

This FS holds a dear place in our hearts because we got engaged here in 2015 on Christmas Day and it's one of our fave easy, local getaways and the Spa is, in my opinion, the best FS spa near Los Angeles, definitely better than the FS spa on Doheny. The Breakfast buffet is AMAZING here, but their Spa is really what sets this FS apart!!
Of course it lives up to what you'd expect from a FS hotel, they're super pet friendly, see pics of one of our fur babes enjoying herself :)
This Hotel fires on all cylinders. It is beautiful, the rooms and grounds are in mint condition. Plentily of covered parking . I would stack up this Hotel to any 5 Star Hotel in the world. It is quite in any room in the Hotel. It has two gorgeous pools one indoor and one outdoor plus hot tubs. A large weight training gym. It has a Medical Center in case you want some Cosmetic Treatment. The Staff is friendly and happy to see you every time you come. I have been visiting his hotel for the last 20yrs. and the place looks as good as it was 20 yrs. ago when it first opened up. You can't say that about many Hotels. You will walk away wondering why other hotels can't be as nice as this Hotel.
We visited the FS because we were moving my daughter in as she attends Pepperdine University. The property and service were excellent! They had several COVID precautions and we felt very safe. All staff inside and outside wore masks and temperature checks for guests every time we would enter the building.
The rooms were recently renovated and were absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed the bath products. Overall exceptional stay and will be a repeat customer!
We come here often as a family and as girls for our mother daughter trip. The service is always amazing. They make sure you are comfortable or they get it right. They never disappoint.
The spa food is always a hit. We love the plush robes, beautifully appointed rooms and bathrooms.
The indoor pool makes it accessible year round.
