We arrived in the afternoon and the facility was very nice. After we returned from dinner our room and the surrounding hallway was filled with marijuana smell and we could not bear to stay in the room. Notified the staff and they said it would be taken care of. An hour later the smell was mostly gone. At midnight our room filled with marijuana smell again and my wife and 12-year old child were unable to sleep for some time.

My wife and I stayed here in July of 2024 with our 6 month old child. This is a great hotel / resort. The area around the hotel is super nice and you have just about everything you need on site. Also, you can go into Malibu and go to the beach, about 15-20 minutes away. The spa is incredible and the pool is really nice and well staffed. Everyone there is very kind and thoughtful and I would gladly go back.

We had such a wonderful time at this property. The rooms, the restaurant, spa, gym, pools, everything was just great . Special thanks to the Guest Services Manager, Mr. Rene Lopez Rivas, who provided an outstanding customer service. On a side note, I left a bracelet in my room's safe and just realized I had left it behind a few days ago. I called the hotel and was quickly connected with Mr. Brandon Holmes who was able to help me locate my item . I will forever be grateful and will be going back soon for another staycation. Impeccable service all the way around!

We only live an hour and half away but our first time here. Wanted to getaway to de-stress before a surgery and relax, this was the place! It was the break we didn't know we needed. No idea they just remodeled the pool outside, they were perfect, felt like we were at a resort. Loved it so much we are heading back this week. Only downside it the breakfast at Coin & Candor, we bought the room package that included it. Every item we had was either cold or off-tasting. Think it was just a mishap as we went to dinner the night before and that was great. Look forward to our coming stay.
