Deluxe mani/Pedi which gave access to the pool was definitely not worth it. I get better mani/pedi's for 25% of the cost and the pool service was non-existent. The food was ok at best. The other people at the pool were drunk, loud and low class.
The worst experience and I'm 71. Dirty, no water, no papers, no manners, filthy carpet and mirrors.
The spa is the worst and solo hairdresser add to the bizarre ambience. Her charge is whatever she decides in the range of 800.00 and up excluding a hair cut! I sit here looking like 1980 friz after a supposed Brazilian.

By far the worst Four Seasons I have ever been to. Everything from the staff to the rooms and spa is beyond disgusting. The spa is incredibly old and run down. Also the spa service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. It's like they don't care at all whatsoever. If you want a legit hotel in the area highly recommend The Westlake Village Inn, at least they are much more friendly and the place is actually nice not a dump.

This was a quick family getaway. The staff is exceptionally professional and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, the gym had great classes, the spa was immaculate, and the pool “cove” was spacious and relaxing! We can’t wait to come again!
We arrived in the afternoon and the facility was very nice. After we returned from dinner our room and the surrounding hallway was filled with marijuana smell and we could not bear to stay in the room. Notified the staff and they said it would be taken care of. An hour later the smell was mostly gone. At midnight our room filled with marijuana smell again and my wife and 12-year old child were unable to sleep for some time.
