I spent my birthday weekend at the Four Seasons in Westlake Village and attended a few events there as well. The property is stunning, and the service was very attentive. The concierge helped my husband with birthday decorations, and the bellman and restaurant staff were very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and I loved the beautiful gardens. The hotel also has both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a spa. We are definitely planning to come back!
This hotel is a luxury only by pricing, not amenities. Paying $550/night for a hotel boasting multiple swimming pools with all of them closed for maintenance simultaneously at 7PM is hardly acceptable, nor is that the one EV charger at the $30/night hotel parking is out of service. Frankly, I have stayed in humble motels with better amenities. Oh yes, and rooms have shelfs flunking bottles of alcohol for sale all around the bed. You feel like you are sleeping at an expensive liquor store. Forget it!
We stayed here during our wedding weekend (wedding outside of the hotel) and came back for our wedding anniversary. Both stays were so memorable and enjoyable. The property is amazing and all of the staff incredible. The opening of a third pool (the Cove) since our last visit made our weekend even more special. Highly recommend!

Hotel was beautiful, and expected more from the service. I asked for a charge to be taken off my bill several times & it was Not removed. The Concierge was disappointing, but the room was nice and clean. spa was nice. Pool area and food was fresh.

We love this hotel. It is just a super comfortable, pleasant stay. Rooms are large and well appointed as are the bathrooms. A/C is terrific and beds are super comfortable. The service is top notch all around. We also love the amenities, pools, gym etc. Everything about the Westlake Four Seasons is pleasant and easy. We especially like having access to shops and restaurant choices across the street if we needed something. The one improvement could be the food. Our breakfast was so average although the best thing was the blueberry cornbread item. The rest really bordered on unacceptable. Also had lunch, once again, OK. Food was over seasoned and pasta swimming in sauce. Had the burger and fries, so salty and we like salt! The food is very pricey and should be better as it would be a nice options to not leave hotel to eat when we want. Other than that, this hotel is so fabulous.
