Stayed here a couple of years ago, but it has gone down hill. Only one elevator in the tower we were in, a pain when checking out. Room is quite dated, and not sure how clean it was. We wiped down as much as we could with our wipes. It was very warm in the room, no air conditioners, just two tower fans, which seemed to blow warm air, even with the door and windows open.
I had asked for service for the next day as we were staying 2 nights. We left in the morning and only to find when we arrived back in the afternoon, our room was not serviced. The cart was right next to our room, but when I went to see if I could get the person to give me the amenities and towels, they were gone. Went downstairs to let the front desk know our issue and they said they would send someone up. We left for a few hours and when we came back, there was a plastic bag with clean towels and amenities. They did not go into the room to pick up the soiled towels, garbage, etc.
The restaurant had issues with employees, as there weren't many. The Chef did a great job and should be commended for the hard work keeping up with orders.
Very disappointed in this hotel, hope they get their act together soon.More
