Spent four nights in a one bedroom with my college age sons...had a blast. Aside from the rather dark and dated hallway décor, the property was up to the Marriott standards I've come to expect. The location on the Northern edge of town puts you within easy walking distance from all the town of Breckenridge has to offer. A picturesque setting awaits you as the property sits directly on Maggie Pond. My boys enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. The well appointed room had two (small) decks, with two large full baths, two pull out sofa's and full kitchen with oven/stove top and full size refrigerator. The one bedroom was very spacious and had a closet the size of a small bedroom. Only gripe is that the decks are too small for outdoor seating; there is none. Friendly and professional staff. Free underground parking. Marriott’s Mountain Valley Lodge is not a new property. The amenities at The Lodge at Peak 7 (exceptional) and the Grand Timber (nicer) would be an noticeable upgrade if that is of importance. Price point may be higherMore
