Awesome, friendly service, a menu that has everything, and dee-licious food!! Stopped by here based on other reviews and was not disappointed.
p.s. We didn't get a cinnamon role, but man do they look good (and are HUGE).

Thank MM626

Food was excellent! I was there with 5 other people and we all got different things. Everything I tried was excellent! The staff was super friendly too! I highly recommend going here, it was the best food of our 7 day Colorado vacation.

Staying in CO Springs, our hosts recommended Mountain Shadow for a great breakfast place near downtown gift shopping. The prices were great, and the meals were largly sized, and super fast service! Highly recommended!

We came here because we had read it was featured on Diners. Dives and Drive-Ins. We went for lunch and that is when we found out the only thing that was on the show was the cinnamon roll. We were told they sell out pretty quickly in the morning so we had a decent lunch, burger type stuff, and planned on returning the next morning. We did return to no line, only 2 other people eating. There are 4 of us and when we saw this cinnamon roll we wisely decided to only order 2. The things are huge, about 1 lb. and 4" thick or so. And they are not that good. They are good but not that good.

If you want fancy food, don't come. But if you want down home good food that will satisfy your taste buds, somewhere to people watch, read the news or actually talk to your table mates, come on in. The place is like eating in an old house--outside tables when the weather permits. We've struck up great conversations with total strangers while waiting for our table. Huge cinnamon rolls are nice to share!
