While staying in Colorado Springs, we went looking for Chinese food. We stopped initially at a franchise restaurant near the hotel, which was almost completely out of prepared food. As we were leaving, another customer mentioned Bamboo Court and provided directions. The place was busy with delivery and take-out orders, not so much with dine-in. We ordered take-out pork fried rice, pineapple chicken, and orange beef. The orange beef was the best I have had in years: the beef had a crispy coating and the sauce contained large pieces of orange peel. The pineapple chicken also featured large but thin slices of pineapple. The fried rice had a good taste as well, although we prefer small slivers of meat instead of the chunks that this restaurant used. The leftovers heated up well the next day in the hotel room. We would return to this restaurant next time we are in Colorado Springs.
