Booked a tour from Amazing Borneo and this was part of the tour deal. I walked in for about 10 minutes and I was already bored. There wasn't any guide to explain what's the purpose of everything being upside down, except that you have to read the stuffs pasted on the walls. Basically its a house, that is upside down. No photography and video is allowed in the house too. I don't recommend anyone to waste their time here but if you wanna give it a shot why not.
