Stayed here for a conference, so probably wouldn’t have been my first choice of hotel, however they were fairly accommodating.
On entry, it was a quaint little lobby, with fireplace and seating in front of it so you can thaw out on a cold Colorado’s winter day. The staff were very friendly and offered you a warm cookie on check-in. My room wasn’t ready on my arrival, so they offered me a drink voucher for the bar, even though I only had to wait 15 minutes or so for my room to be ready.
The room was nice and comfortable, but try and request a room facing away from the train line. Luckily I did get one facing away, but other people that weren’t so lucky, did mention that they offered ear plugs and a setting on your AC to try and drown out the noise.
Pricing for food was a little over the top, where they are probably taking advantage of being a little bit away from anything. Closest food is probably around 10 minute walk to fast food places (no external restaurants I saw close by).
Nice place, but just felt a little isolated away from everything. More
