I had to change rooms multiple times at check in due to dirty rooms.
When I arrived I was told the one bedroom I had reserved wasn't available yet but they had a studio. I took that since I wanted to get into the room. I went to the room on the 14th floor and found multiple hairs and other things stuck to the duvet. They appear to be stuck due to the duvet because the duvet was coming apart and needed replacing due to the pilling. I returned to the front desk and obtained a second room on the 8th floor. I walked into a one bedroom suite that was "not available" 10 minutes earlier. This room had hairs in the shower, toilet, vanity drawer and again in the bed on the duvet that was coming apart. There was also food left in the refrigerator. I returned for a second time to the desk. I obtained a third room and took the AGM with me. This room had hair on thr toilet and when I told the AGM he said "just one?". I told him I could live with it since the bed was clean. I told the AGM they have a cleanliness issue since I should not have change rooms multiple times due to hair in the bed and other areas. The only compensation I was offered was a market item. Very disappointing stay.
