The only problem we encountered was our microwave did not work. We reported it to the front desk and we had a replacement microwave the same day. The breakfast was minimal - no hot food but that is not unusual in these pandemic days. Front desk service was friendly and efficient. We do recommend.

Flight arrived at early at Denver. We were flying in to Denver then driving to another state as it worked out to be cheaper this way. We were in a different time zone and were extremely tired.
Check in was easy. Went straight to bed. Breakfast was to be ready by 6:30. We got there early, but even by 6:30 their was no coffee .
My husband had to ask for it and then they brought it out. I’m assuming due to COVID-19, breakfast was not normal. They had honey buns oranges yogurt milk and apple juice and orange juice raisin bran cereal and Cheerios.
The work out room was very nice but again, assuming due to COVID-19 no earbuds to use.
5 stars was given because overall it was a good price and it was a clean nice place to stay. I would stay again!!

I would stay here again. The staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Location is convenient. We had rented a car to take back but the hotel does have a shuttle. It is also close to several restaurants and a Starbucks.

Very clean hotel and very convenient to the airport. I must say the front desk attendant Ann...she was REMARKABLE!! She goes above and beyond for each customer. Her personality along with her service is excellent.

Listen to the reviews -- the front desk people are super rude. The Assistant Manager refused to assist us and provided bare minimum lazy answers. The internet is terrible. I could not work during my stay, I literally checked out and walked across the street to Home2Suites. Excellent service, no internet problems. There's 5-7 similarly priced hotels on the block. Do not choose this one.

I am very sorry to hear that you had issues with the internet and the service that you received. Our internet is very fast and reliable. Occasionally some devices struggle to complete the connections process but our entire Front Desk staff is very efficient at troubleshooting and getting through those steps. If they are not able to help we also have a third party company that can quickly fix any issue. I hope that you are willing to please reach out to me and give me more information on your experience so that I can look into who was involved and also attempt to make it right for you.
