When I go to a chop house and pay big money for a steak, I expect all of the accoutrements to spot on; warm freshly baked bread, real butter and great sides. 4th Street Chop house comes up short in this department. I'd also like access to a veal chop when I go to a chop house. The service and atmosphere are great.

Hands down this is the nicest place to eat in Loveland. Charming atmosphere and consistently good food. Steak and wine to celebrate about anything.

This restaurant has a very limited menu selection with premium prices for mediocre food. The steak was tough and the salad was lacking crispness. The service was slow and the food we ordered was not what was served. The restaurant was extremely noisy, making it hard to carry on a conversation with our family. This experience was awful. I will not be back.

Great Steaks and Seafood plus excellent selection of sides. We received an e-mail, as we have eaten here about 8 times during the past three years, and they offered buy one entree and get the second one free through June 30, 2017. During the summer they also have a wine promotion on certain evenings which is an excellent value.

Our party of three shared the New Zealand Green Lipped Mussels in a Cream Sauce, two in our party ordered the Steak au Poivre and one ordered the Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon with small portobello. Two hand the sides of a peppered Risotto and one the side of potato mashers. An excellent bottle of Red Wine was $34 and entrees were $32 to $36.

The ambience of the Chop House was really very nice (4). The steak was good (4). The crab cakes were over done and tasteless and served luke warm (3). The drinks were fine (4). The service was a 2 . The servers, about 5 girls, gathered laughing and talking at the bar the entire time we were there! It was so disruptive and a definite atmosphere distractor to say nothing about how that impacted the service. We were visiting from out of town but won't return in the future and can't recommend it.
