My grandson and I share a birthday, so we celebrated at East Moon Asian Bistro.
Our server was very friendly, and energetic...the food was quite good, I had sashimi, my wife had Mongolian Beef, our daughter and grandson had sushi.
The sashimi was fresh, the beef was outstanding, and the sushi was good, but kind of boring compared to one of our favorite sushi joints.

My boyfriend and I have eaten here many times always telling the waiter/waitress of his severe allergy to legumes, snow peas and garbanzo beans. The first time luckily he noticed the peas early but the second time he’d eaten most the meal before he found snow peas in the meal and began to have adverse reactions. Luckily he was ok after a few hours of taking Benadryl but this is completely unacceptable. We will never trust this restaurant again.

I am a big fan of the East Moon Asian Bistro in Centennial so decided to try the Westminster location. All the entrees were good. Lunch is not the best time to try a new place but still - the portions were adequate, and the service was fast and efficient.

OK, one of my pet peeves is when the servers clear the plates of some of the diners while others are still nowhere near the end of their meal. Do not do it, please! It really makes your restaurant seem like a fast food place and takes away the pleasure from socializing over a meal...

First time visit, since Westminster is not normally our turf; and we were quite pleased. We waited outside for the door to be opened a few minutes past 11:00 am (Harumph!!) and were impressed by the modern open decor. Our booth was one of the more comfortable we've experienced lately; and Nitaya, our server, was very attentive and courteous. She more than made up for the late door opening. We focused more on appetizers and found them delicious: The steamed Chinese chicken dumplings and the Japanese chicken Gyoza (potstickers) were significantly different in wrapper thickness and filler texture/flavor; while the Vietnamese pork egg rolls (cha gyo) were crispy and equally tasty. Each dish had its own unique sauce. It was a bit hard to get to the very fresh romaine lettuce wraps for the egg rolls were hard to get to. Just a little presentation rearrangement would be helpful and less messy: Lots of cold rice noodles and bean sprouts on the plate, but no cilantro or mint, as we've experienced in other Vietnamese restaurants. To make this a truly pan-asian meal, we shared the Pad Thai with pork (yes, you can get it with pork, although the menu does not show it as an option). The lunch portion was quite generous and tasty, but the orange sauce was a bit too sweet: Less sugar and a little more vinegar would have been even more pleasant. Wouldn't mind go back to try some of their other dishes, such as curries or bento boxes.

The food was delicious! Both my tempura as well as husbands chicken. But, the service was slow even though they were not busy. Waited longer to get our check then we took to eat.
