Everything about this resort was amazing - from the amenities to the staff to the food, rooms, and value for money. We were 2 couples and stayed for 3 nights- dining at the restaurant for dinner almost every night. The resort has a private beach and the pool area is very nice to chill out at. Highly recommend!

My husband & I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. It’s a small & private boutique hotel with around 15 bungalows only which I was looking for (I’m not a fan of big hotel with many guests). The hotel isn’t located at touristy Senggigi beach (which I tried to avoid) but it’s just 3 minutes-drive to go there and around 15 minutes-drive to Mataram town. Every night we drove to Mataram and had dinner of Lombok food like fresh seafood & spicy grilled taliwang chicken (delicious at local price)

As we chose the ocean view room, the beach was just 15 meter away and we could hear the sound of waves from the ocean in our room. The room was clean & big and the air conditioner was big enough to cool down the whole room. It had an outdoor bathroom with rain shower head. TV was a bit too small, buy hey…we came to Lombok not to watch TV whole day, didn’t we? :) Breakfast was ala carte where we could choose from the menu. They had many selections of food and all tasted good & fresh; from fruits, breads, eggs, Indonesian dishes, and they even had jamu which I loved. All the hotel staff were friendly, attentive and they were always around & ready to help us. They also always greeted us every time we’re going out and in to the hotel and the moment we stepped out our room to go to the restaurant for breakfast they immediately went in to make up our room. And the waiters remembered how I liked my eggs and jamu being served.

I made a booking for a surprise Romantic Dinner for my husband. Regina helped me with the arrangement and it was done flawless. Nice decoration, fantastic 5 courses of meal and excellent service. My husband was very much impressed and I have to give compliments to Regina, the chef and all the waitresses for their great job.

And then we were about to check-out at 7:30AM, the hotel staff Alwan immediately prepared a breakfast box for us which was ready less than 5 minutes. What a professional way to say goodbye to us.

All in all, I have no complain about this hotel. One of the places which left me so much sweet memories and definitely I would recommend to any love birds to stay here.

My suggestion to the hotel:
1. Please have a gym room. It would be nice if I could do some exercise to burn all those calories from eating your good food :)
2. A bath-up in the bathroom would be a nice additional touch, especially for kids and couples. I know you still have some space in your outdoor bathroom there :)

I can't say enough good things about Chandi Resort & Spa! I stayed at this beautiful relaxing oceanfront resort for 3 glorious nights. Guests can choose from 15 luxurious villas with king-size bed, spacious bathroom with open garden shower (my favorite!), flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. The resort also includes MERU Beachfront Restaurant facing Bali’s majestic Mount Gunung Agung offering a full menu of dishes for every taste. The daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) was my favorite part of staying at Chandi. All of the three-course meals were cooked to perfection and super tasty. I made sure to give my compliments to Chef I Gede Sudana on my last supper before checking out the next day. The hotel staff and my point of contact Nazar were incredibly friendly. The cleaning crew made sure my room was clean as a whistle and smelling fresh every day at noon, like clockwork. My only minor complaint is relatively slow wifi. However, it is nice to get away on a retreat away from the distractions and problems associated with constantly being available online.

Room tip: Beautiful Ocean View

We loved staying here. The villa is beautiful and the small size to the hotel makes it feel really homely. The staff were so friendly and loved playing with our baby. The food was delicious, the pool was postcard perfect and the beach only had locals minding their own business passing by. Super low key and peaceful tourism. We also had massages in the spa and would recommend that too.
