Esca made the simple extraordinary. The bee hive cocktail set the tone for the rest of our dining experience. I never review cocktails, but this gin/ginger blend was delicious. The Arancini was excellent. The bread for the table had a great crust, flavor and chew. The Osso Buco was perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and melt in your mouth tenderness while still being moist. It was served on a bed of Creamy polenta and roast vegetables. The sorbets and Crema brûlée for dessert were a great finish to a memorable meal, excellent service and a great dining experience.
