The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and the location was perfect for my trip. The breakfast was okay I wish there was a wider selection of food. Check in and check out was very easy.

Spacious suites, great customer service, and generous Evening Social provided. I agree with others about the need to upgrade but we were there at the time the were starting it. We return next week and are anxious to see how much progress they are making. It is a popular location as evidenced by the swarm of people during the evening social. We were fortunate to engage in conversation with Pam Crouch who is Director of Sales. She and her team are definitely committed to providing a superior customer experience and I am sure they take the reviews seriously. As a frequent traveler, I understand how difficult it is to keep up with needs for renovations and will update the review after I see the improvements made. I still think they deserve at least 4 out of 5 and based on the staff performance, can anticipate a 5 out of 5. We chose to rebook willingly.

Room Tip: "Hotel style" building is furthest from front counter and amenities but very quiet.

The price and size of the rooms is why we chose this hotel. It was time for us to all have our own bed. The hotel needs some refurbishing and upgrading though. Just overall had a not clean appearance, while it very well could have been clean. On our second day, the toilet spewed water from the tank. I turned off the water to the room and called the front desk. We were here for a wedding, so we had to go. When we returned it was taken care of and the mess had been cleaned, but not the floor. We found remnant behind the toilet. The following night before we left town, our neighbors decided to have a party. To say they were loud is an understatement. Even when we called the front desk, they didn't stop. We could hear entire conversations through the wall. So much so the "$5000 they pay to stay here a month, they should be able to make as much noise as they want" conversation was heard. It fit the bill for what we needed, but we won't be staying here again.

This hotel was dated and needs to be renovated. The furniture was old and wore, the TVs were out of date and when out with the rain, and the breakfast was terrible. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Hotel is in the time of needing restorations and it is starting. I was to recieve one rate and had to asked multiple times to get it. than i was told not pet fee for the room was in bad shape and 1st to be restored. Shortly after i was charged $350 and $50 pet fees for my wife to visit for 2 days out of a 30 day stay!
