Our time at this hotel was wonderful! Even with a reservation mix up on our part, the hotel was super accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff there were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Great stay!

The customer service is fantastic. The rooms are very clean. The price is unbeatable for the quality. Close to everything while still offering peace and quiet. Will stay here everytime I'm in Dewey and I suggest you do too!

Awesome! We booked last minute for my boyfriend’s birthday and we were dazzled! Staff was super friendly and even upgraded us to the Suite. Both of the rooms we saw were super clean and it looks like all or most are newly renovated. Super close to the beach and lots of food nearby.

I've been attending the greyhound event since 1999 and have stayed at what used to be the Sand Palace and is now the Beach House every year. Since the new management took over, my room is neat, modern and clean. The office staff and maid service couldn't be more accommodating. The rates are also quite reasonable. Thanks manager Mike for a great stay every single year!

Stayed here for three days and booked through VRBO.The best part was that it was about half a block from the beach .Despite the fact that it was off season there were a fair amount of other guests .We were told that the pool was closed and yet one day we saw someone swimming in it .The room itself was very clean and we overlooked the pool.My only complaint was that the Air Conditioner blew the cold air directly on you when you were in bed.Even when set at 70 degrees it was annoyingly cold .Seems minor but directionality on the unit would have been nice .15 dollars a day rented us bikes for the day which was fun .All in all it was a nice place to stay
