“Relaxing vacation with beautiful bay access and views.”

This new home is located in a quiet spot just a short drive to the state seashore parks and Bethany Beach. Since we drive on the beach and surf fish, it was the perfect place to stay since we drive to the beach anyway. It is furnished comfortably with many spots to enjoy the bay views with wildlife activity and amazing sunsets. Plenty of room so we are coming back in July with the extended family.

“Gorgeous bayfront retreat minutes from Bethany Beach”
New construction right on Indian River Bay in quiet neighborhood. Saw crabs, herons, turtles, osprey on the bay as well as breath-taking sunsets! House is super comfortable, kid friendly, and only minutes away from Bethany Beach. Best vacation EVER!
