Great vacation rental! We stayed for an entire week in June, family really liked the beach access, great private pool also. Beds were comfortable, wi-fi available too! Close to grocery store and places to eat. We would like to stay again in future!

Room tip: ground level was great for kids to have room to stretch

Inexpensive property on the beach. Dated and musty units, outdated and falling apart. If you are price sensitive, be aware that there is a reason this property is cheap. The most obvious is that the units are old, beds uncomfortable, broken furniture, and not cleaned to standard hotel levels. Only one small elevator was in use for the 9 floors. The maintenance and office personnel are beyond rude. All guests are treated with contempt and hostility. The nearby rental property visitors and homeless try to sneak in to use the pool and showers, which has caused the CT tower personnel to take drastic measure to prevent and limit access. The pool opens whenever the maintenance man feels like it and it closes 1 hour before the sun sets. If you can stand the low cleanliness standard, poor guest treatment, and below average maintenance, you will have a nice view of the ocean and access to the fun of Cocoa Beach. This should not be your first choice.

We stayed in Canaveral Towers, Unit 104. Drew made the reservation process easy and replied quickly to our questions. I would give the condo a 3.5. Not that there were any major problems with it or that it wasn't represented fairly, I just think the condo could have been cleaner. There were big dust bunnies when we moved the loveseat a few inches to get around the dining table. Also behind the nightstand. Not a huge deal but if these areas are not clean, you wonder how clean the condo is in general. The bathroom had a sulfur/sewer-like smell. The kitchen had huge fruit flies. Everyone gets fruit flies but they usually are there from food being left out or garbage not taken out. I was surprised that the building does not have an "office." This is not a condo complex where you can get more towels, for example. It's like renting someone's home, not renting a condo in a high rise where there's staff available. The ground floor was convenient to the pool and beach. There is no beach view from the lower level, obviously. All-in-all I'd say the condo was OK. Not a luxurious, updated place to stay but just ok. Priced well and small pets allowed which is hard to find. Cocoa beach is a quieter, less crowded beach. The pier is 1.3 miles down the beach. A nice walk. There are many restaurants in the Cape Canaveral area (10 minute drive) and cruise ships going in and out which was fun to see. The views there at the restaurants are of the port so not "beachy." So would I stay here again? Probably if it were a trip with another family because of the reasonable price and size of the condo but not if I wanted a more "luxurious" vacation. We choose the location because we drove into Disney 2 days. Not a bad drive.

Leaving the cold Switzerland, my first time to visit Cocoa beach with 7-night stay in the Canaveral Towers. We stayed in room 801 which has a very beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean, my wife, my sister and I, it was wonderful, full furniture equipment, a lot of space, perfect for a family with children's, a lot of toys for the pool and the beach and very nice view if you are lucky to see a " Rocket Lunch" very very recommended unit.

It's my first time to visit Cocoa beach with 7-night stay in the Canaveral Towers. We stayed in room 808, which has a gorgeous ocean view of the Atlantic. The room is clean and cozy, not very high end, but meets my expectation for the price I paid. The room is also stuffed with children's books, sand toys and swimming goggles for my kids to play on the beach and the swimming pool. Overall, it's a very cozy and fun stay for my family. Dean is our agent who gave us very clear direction and introduction to the area. We are looking forward to revisiting this place in the following years.
