The fairways are in pretty fair shape, but this course needs some money. They say they are working on the traps, but they are just bad. Perhaps some money and hard work can improve things.

The traps are hard pack. No rakes. None needed. Greens had a lot of bare spots. Water had dead grasses at the edges. But it was a pleasant place to play. Laid back, nice people. Almost all the homes are built around the course...except 3 "Jungle holes" on the third ("Queen")9 that are mostly target golf. We played 2 rounds in 4 days and enjoyed ourselves.

No matter what others say on here, we loved it, and had 2 amazing days of golf on this course. Great service in the pro shop by Melinda, the golf pro and the young tall man. Flexible with tee times, and they did everything to give us the most suitable rental clubs at very fair prices. The rangers were also very nice and fun to talk with. On our last day we played 27 holes and loved it. Birds, ducks, and turtles entertain you well on the round. And even if there are some shells in a few bunkers we are by the ocean afterall, and were there for fun. The serious complainers here maybe take the wrong approach to the game.

Booked a morning tee time at 8:38am. Got to the course, and were advised that our tee was ready for us. My 2 some were not put with anyone else, and we played the first 9 holes in 2hrs. The course is not a real plush course, but it was in very good shape. The greens were very nice. On the back 9, we caught up with other groups, ad decided to play the back 9 with a couple from Austria. We had a great time. I will play this course again. It's not too difficult, and water does come into play on many holes.
