We always love staying with the RVC campgrounds. Not only are they always well kept, but they’re friendly and we always have such a positive experience. The spaces aren’t super spacious but there is plenty of room to set up and have a small outdoor space. Not to mention you are literally right across the road from the beach and within easy driving distance of tons of hiking trails, St George Island, and Apalachicola.

The park itself is nice and quiet with a dog run and dog friendly areas. We can safely walk around with our little ones while they ride their bikes without the worry of someone speeding through. The girls in the front office always remember us and make us feel like family!

Also, I noticed another review critiquing that they won’t give a refund for bad weather. Yeah, they will if there is a mandatory evacuation. We were there over Memorial Day weekend and despite the occasional rain shower we had a fabulous time. Sunday we did have to evacuate, we were given plenty of time, and were told to call to get a refund. However, if you suddenly decide to cancel your trip because of a little rain, they won’t refund your money over a holiday weekend.

As for us, we loved it and so did our friends who went with us. We will always stay here when visiting the area!

Do not book this RV park!!!! They will not refund if you have a change of plans or if bad weather...like a hurricane...is expected. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service! There are too many options out there to book with a resort who is not willing to work with their customers!!

Well kept RV resort. With that said the site we were on(819) was so small we had no patio room, more like a parking spot. The cabin that we were next to was so close with our awning out it was only 6 ft away. Our slide was basically over in the other lot. We told them how big our camper was when we made reservations but the site was for a much smaller rig. The other thing was on Monday morning at 530am the garbage truck came to dump the dumpster which was two lots down, it sounded like a freight train and when he dumped it so loud we thought it was a train wreck. Was not worth the money we paid. We will not be back.

Great beach. Beautiful white sand. Picnic tables that are covered. Plenty of parking. Great place to take a relaxing walk at sunset. Lots of people fish from this beach. A few small shells for collecting.

Beautiful spot right across the street from the beach! Beautifully landscaped paved lots. Picnic table. Dog park. Lots of great people. Kept pristinely clean. Don't let the large number of units fool you. This very nicely laid out park is worth the visit.
