Or room was sold from under us there prices went up 50 they second night then another hundred they next night which we were not even allowed to book because they sold our room before we even woke up. Check in staff was great. The rest were all grumbly and rude. Or room screamed at used from EVERY direction and the toilet leaked. For the area it was nice but the staff was definitely notMore

The hotel looks a little dated from the outside but was very clean. the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing and the hotel was quiet, I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area. the location was close to downtown and major roadway.

my booking was duplicate, the breakfast was unexpected and not good at all, my husband and I were expecting a continental type of breakfast, I will stay again at the Howard Johnson but things have to change. Thank you.

Loved the MCM vibe! Very clean room. Would stay again. Take-away breakfast was a bit disappointing and desk person was not very friendly but overall good experience. The pool area looked nice but we didn't have a chance to take advantage of it.

My daughter who is DISABLED & I Had to Stay At your FACILITY. 3PM FRIDAY 4/8/22 PAID cash & 4/9/22 paid by card. We had informed the FRONT DESK That I am DISABLED & had radiation treatment & We need a room close to the car to UNLOAD & LOAD FROM CAR. SO After Dinner, WE ARRIVED at Howard J & THERE WAS NO PARKING AVAILABLE AT 7PM OR 10:30PM NEAR THE ROOM TO UNLOAD & CHECK IN ROOM to sleep. I informed Nicole that the room is too far for me to walk to & SLEEP. & A DISABLED PARKING IS TOO FAR IN THE BACK IM DISABLED. SHE YELLED AT AND CHASED ME DOWN TO MY ROOM YELLING AT ME THAT SHE WILL HAVE MY CARE TOWED FOR TWO SECONDS THAT IS PARKED IN FRONT OF MY ROOM, I informed her that I have to sleep in my Car or check out because room is too far from the back of the hotel handicap parking. She yelled at me again so We left immediately and Disputed with CC.

you get what you pay for. it was great value during our road trip family of 6 for 2 rooms. free parking is always a plus, rooms need to be updated and i would not call it breakfast is more like coffee and snack but overall it was good staff are nice
