My reviews are based solely on personal experience as a customer. I am also a saucier (a chef that specializes in sauces).
Presutti's restaurant has very limited hours 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Mon-Fri. Closes at 2:00 PM on Saturday. My order of a single Chicken Parm sandwich took about 40 minutes. The sandwich cost $8.00 and it was terrible! A medium drink cost $2.00. The sandwich Consisted of a small toasted hoagie roll, 2 very small chicken strips, not seasoned, canned tomato sauce with little or no Oregano, a small slice of provolone cheese, a scoop of near raw onion slices and no Parmesan cheese on the sandwich or made available on any of the tables. They also throw in a small handful of potato chips in a wax paper baggie.
The atmosphere is loud and service not friendly or inviting. The place felt more like a tiny mechanized factory rather than a restaurant. Above all, there is nothing Italian about the restaurant and I resent the fact that the owner advertises it be an "Italian Sub Shop" when all the decorations on the walls are photos of Pig awards! I dislike Subway, but, for much less money you get a large, better tasting sandwich and served with what you request and in a timely manner.
Unless you know nothing about quality food and don't care about the length of time you have to wait for your order, don'y waste your time or money at this inexcusable excuse for Italian food.
