We ( Frank & Karin) had a wonderful and relaxing time in that amazing and beautiful b&b.
The house is lovely designed with works of Art. It is very clean and the stuff will support you with a 5star service. I would say it is an accommodation with a heart. Every day you can smell the good cakes, that baked Liz and Lynn in the evening for the breakfast in the morning. The breakfast includes a lot of fruits, breakfast cereals, bagles, breads, orange juice, the fantastic cakes and so much coffee and tea you like. The rooms are nice and you can relax wonderful on the big balcony in the front or in the evening in the jacuzzi. It is located in a quiet street, but not far away from the Duval Street. Thank you for the nice stay!! I shouldn't forget...the W-Lan works very well.

We arrived in Key West on the Key West Express (ferry). With our overnight bags in hand, we walked through streets filled with character to Key West B&B. In through the white pickett fence, the door was wide open and welcoming. And like virtually all other reviewers have said, it instantly felt like home...or even more appropriately, what I envision my dream home to be. High ceilings, restored historic features, alcoves, vibrant colours, tropical gardens, friendly and happy faces (both employees and guests) and we knew we had hit the jackpot. Even though the place was fully booked, late one afternoon, we sat in the garden with a bottle of wine and some shrimp from the fish market and had the house to ourselves for a couple of hours. It never felt crowded. Part of the charm is meeting fellow travelors and virtually all were returning visitors. Extra perks included use of the fridge, and use of the place after check out and before the ferry left at dinner time. My recommendation is to book months in advance. We booked for 'high season' about 6 weeks before our trip and could only get 2 nights. Apparently it isn't uncommon for visitors to book for next year when they leave. We look forward to becoming returning visitors!

Room Tip: The B&B is on a quiet street. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the rooms. Ours was...

This was our 4th year staying at the Key West B&B and it never disappoints. The lovely rooms are kept immaculately clean. Breakfast is delicious with fruit, cereal a large array of wonderful fruits, home baked cakes (the afternoon baking aromas in the house are amazing), bagels, breads and the best coffee. It is in the best location in town, making it easy to walk anywhere in Old Town. The staff and owner, Jodi, have become like family as they always go the extra mile to make our stay the best it can be. They are welcoming and warm and always make us feel like we're coming home when we enjoy our stays in the house. Last but not least, you can't beat the price for all you receive in return. Edwina

Excellent location! Would definitely stay with Jody and her staff again. Breakfast, more specifically coffee was not serves until 8:30, which was late for us. Wasn't really a problem though because they are only 2 blocks from marina where the Cuban coffee queen is. Definitely the best coffee in town. Back to the B & B, everything else was a true getaway!

This B & B is in a lovely old historic home full of charm, interesting art, secluded porches, beautiful plantings and in the morning delicious smells of freshly baked breakfast treats! The previous sentence does not begin describe the charms of the place: there is also the perfect location, visitors who have been coming for years, and most of all Liz and the rest of the staff who went out of their way to recommend or not recommend restaurants and attractions. We had some airline luggage issues when we arrived and Liz just took over made calls, and smoothed the way for all problems to be resolved. I cannot imagine that there is a better place to stay in Key West!
