“Christmas at Old Town Manor”
Reviewed 2 January 2012

My husband and I just got back from a great week at Old Town Manor starting on Christmas Day. We were reminded about why we like B&B's so much when we stayed here. The staff was incredibly helpful. Anne Marie, the concierge, was full of great suggestions for restaurants and things to do during the day. We love to practice yoga and got some great recommendations from the innkeeper. We stayed in the lime tree room which was off to the side of the inn by itself and very quiet. The Inn is on a side street very close to Duval St., but we really didn't hear anything when we were in our room. There was a continental breakfast every morning with lots of healthy options as well as more decadent ones if one desired. We flew to Key West airport, took a taxi to the inn and never missed having a car for a minute. It was a fun, relaxing and warm week with lots of great pictures taken.
I would stay at this inn again and would recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet respite close to the action. Oh also, the Inn dog is a sweetheart and there is is cute cat roaming around as well.

Room Tip: Just call and ask for what you want. We wanted a quiet room, and they were happy to help us with tha...

We stayed at the Old Town Manor in Key West over the Christmas weekend. The inn is in a great location on Eaton Street, with a minute walk to Duval Street and a ten minute walk to Mallory Square.

We stayed in room three (Palm) which has a lovely king bed and a nice bathroom. The room is on the small side but perfectly adequate for two people and a dog. There is also a deck with table and chairs outside the room, where we ate breakfast each morning.

The room cost us a $185 a night. We were enjoying our time so much, we decided to extend our stay by one night. This extra night was more expensive at $225. At the time of booking this was not explained to us, so it was a bit of a shock when we got the bill. There are also a number of other costs. We were traveling with a dog, which was why we had chosen this place as they were pet friendly. They charge $15 per night for your dog. As we drove to the keys we also had to park and had assumed there would be parking at the hotel. Whilst there is parking, it is limited and it costs $15 per night. Other parking alternatives are around but they are all around the same price, also $15 per night.

The staff were helpful and friendly and always willing to point you in the right direction. A continental breakfast is provided in the kitchen every morning, although we found this a little limited.

All in all we enjoyed our stay at the Old Town Manor. Would we stay again? Yes- although I would ensure that all costs were made fully clear to me at the time of booking.

My son and daughter-in-law got married here back in 2008. The place was beautiful! The owner was wonderful, very accommodating. It started to rain real hard like 30 mins before the wedding!! Which was to be outside!! The owners transformed the front room in to a beautiful wedding ceremony area! The wedding went off with out a hitch and the SUN even came out once the happy couple were ready to take their vows!!
The rooms are top rate and the breakfast they serve was delicious! We couldn't have asked for any better of a place to have their December wedding!

If you are looking for a great place to stay close to the action but still off the main street then try Old Town Manor. I can't say enough great things about it! The rooms were charming, very clean, and the staff was always very helpful. They serve a breakfast in the morning with cheese, danishes, coffee, fruit, and several other organic items to get your day started. Our room was cleaned daily and the staff was more than ready to plan/book an excursion for us when needed. This was my first trip to Key West but I'm sure it won't be my last. Especially when I've found a great place to stay like Old Town Manor! Thank you again!

Just wanted to send a big thank you to the Old Town Manor staff and Nicole for all your help this past weekend. We had a blast and couldn't be happier about choosing the Old Town Manor for our wedding.
Everything went so smoothly and the courtyard was the perfect setting for the festivities.
The staff was great and super courteous to all of our needs.
We look forward to lodging with you again in the near future.
