Stopped at happy hour on the outdoor balcony 3 times during the month of February. Experience was different each time, with service ranging from very good to average. Cigar smoking is allowed outside and we took advantage each time, while trying to isolate our party somewhat to not upset non smokers. Overall, happy hour drinks and appetizers were good, had dinner once and was not really impressed. Food comes from downstairs/next door and is difficult to keep hot.
Conch fritters, oysters, wahoo dip and peal and eat shrimp (all from happy hour menu) were very good and a good value for the price. Place was not very busy except for Wednesday sing along night. Sunset view from the balcony was usually beautiful. My advice: come for happy hour drinks and snacks, skip dinner.
