Description: Stonegrill Dining is a new and exciting experience that allows your meal to be presented while cooking on a stone heated to 750 degrees to your table. High temperature sears in all the natural juices, nutrients & flavor giving you a taste beyond anything you've ever experienced. The Stonegrill is moisture activated. When the food is cooked, it will release from the stone, allowing you to turn it over or remove it without sticking. By dining from the Stonegrill, you are able to enjoy a meal freshly grilled to personal taste, whether it be rare, medium or well done. Your food will remain hot, allowing you to dine at leisure. Stonegrill Dining is recognized as one of the healthiest methods of cooking. The absence of oils or fats and the quick searing of food at high temperatures ensure delicious and healthy meals lower in calories that traditional cooking methods allow and taste unique to a Stonegrill.

We were a party of 6. Made a reservation online. Got there and the host said the reservation was never made. We got table anyway. All 6 had different meals and all were delicious. Drinks were great- service was good. Sushi and steaks were awesome. Will definitely return

Stopped here for dinner. While the building is “old keys style”, the interior is quite nice. We were seated promptly
and our server came right over with some delicious bread and butter. While their menu is pretty varied and extensive
I felt like trying the prime rib, one of my favorites, it was as good as any in New York. My wife had a baked chicken
which was very tasty. The waitstaff was efficient and very pleasant. We will return.

Excellent: Triple Lobster Tails; french fries, cole slaw, friendly/prompt service (Kristina) decor/ambiance.

Yuk: Pastrami sandwich—-The only way a pastrami/deli sandwich is good is to leave it whole (attached to the big roast) then chipped (shaved thin, falling apart) just before placing the chipped meat on the bun. This was cut wayyyyyyy to thick then fried on a grill. The result was fatty beef jerky. Unchewable. Nasty. Lobster bisque—-sweet, obviously had sugar added. Sugar does not belong in bisque. Mealy texture and no chunks of lobster. Fair at best.

We are happy to hear that you found our triple lobster tails to be excellent! We apologize if you were not happy with your pastrami sandwich. For your information it is not grilled. We keep it in a steam table and slice it to order. Our lobster bisque is considered to be the best anywhere, however, the lobster is chopped up and blended to give it a nice smooth texture and there is absolutely no sugar added. If a customer is not satisfied with our food we encourage them to tell their server and we will gladly exchange it for something that they would be happy with. Please try us again. Thank you for your review

Good salads and drinks. Seafood is great but after all it is the Keys. Nice place to get away from the sun and heat.

Recommended by the hotel staff and Trip Advisor, Florida Keys Steak and Lobster House deserves its fine reputation. This venue has an unassuming facade which might lead diners to expect paper towel napkins and baskets of fried sea food. Conversely, the interior is deceptively large and well appointed, featuring two dining areas, a central bar, and white linens on the tables. Ironically, we had neither steak nor lobster. Warm, soft bread started the meal, followed by tasty bacon-wrapped scallops for the appetizer. The wine list proved better than most, and the list of cocktails creative. We then tried the grouper which was perfectly grilled but so large that some of it remained untouched. The House offers diners a petite plate option which I took advantage of. I had fried shrimp which was really well prepared, seasonal vegetables, and cole slaw. Everything was delicious. One more irony: considering how large the entree was, we received the tiniest sliver of key lime pie for dessert. It was positively outstanding (what there was of it!). The wait staff was friendly and efficient. All in all, a nice dining experience.
